Five people lead to safety after electrical fire breaks out in flat buildings

Five residents of the flat building have to be lead safety after an accidental electrical fire started in the flats communal area

Firefighters rushed to a fire at a three-story block of flats in Coventry at around 2:45pm. The fire crews found that the blaze had started in an electrical cupboard in the communal area of the building. Five people were helped to escape by the firefighters who’s quick response time and reactions likely saved lives of the flats residents. The firefighters tackled the fire and managed to stop the fire from spreading too much further.

However, the fire did leave the flats in a bad state and decently damaged, the occupants of the flats had to find alternative accommodation in the mean time.
