Two big name stores inside the East Midlands Designer Outlet remain closed after an electrical fire broke out in the back of one of the stores
Two stores will still remain closed until further notice at the East Midlands Designer Outlet after the fire that saw the whole centre evacuated. The fire that was said to be caused by an electrical problem, started at around 5:30pm in the Hugo Boss store on Tuesday, November 23rd and luckily no one was injured. The centre opened the next day as normal but the Hugo Boss store and neighbouring Lindt shop will be closed until further notice.
The fire spread to the roof space and required four firefighters with breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.
