England cricketer’s pub gutted by devastating fire

The pub that is part-owned by the England cricketer Stuart Broad sustained huge damaged from devastating middle of the night fire

Firefighters were called to the Tap and Run located in the village of Upper Broughton on the outskirts of Nottinghamshire, at around 3:20am.

The roof and first floor are what seemed to have taken the most damage, with the roof of the building being completely destroyed. The fire service later said that the fire was believed to have been accidental and most probably electrical.

Thankfully no-one was injured and the fire service reopened the road around 1pm the same day. The pub said that they still plan to reopen and are working hard to get the pub back up to scratch.
