Firefighters from Holbeach and Spalding were called to a house in Sutton St James near Spalding this morning.
The crews, along with two appliances from Cambridgeshire, attended the blaze on Baulkins Drove, which damaged a bedroom and both the first and ground floors.
The crews extinguished the fire using breathing apparatus, hose reels and thermal imaging cameras.
The fire was found to have been caused by an accidental electrical fault.
