The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the poor quality of the external build could allow the front grill to become live under conditions of normal use. The instruction manual supplied with the product did not contain the required warnings and the product did not have required markings. The packaging of the product stated that the voltage of the product was 220V, which does not include the UK nominal voltage and is not suitable for connection to the UK mains network.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
