Fire bursts into the air after an electrical fire started in the wiring underneath a road in Coventry
Part of Hearsall Common was on fire after a loud bang was heard before flames erupted from the ground. The flames erupted due to an underground electrical cable that caught fire in the evening of the Saturday. The fire brigade were called out at approximately 7:20pm on Saturday 22nd and managed to get the fire extinguished before it spread any further and damaging nearby homes and motor vehicles.
