Middlestown Primary Academy is shut today after a small electrical fire occurred in a light fitting. The fire was extinguished within school and the fire service was called. However the electrics have had to be turned off whilst repairs are made.
The school also been left with no heating after the issue. Their are now waiting for an electrician to fix the issue until the school could reopen again.
